Large room with walk in robe, private bathroom and living area available in Maylands in a great house sharing with myself.

I’m very well travelled, open minded and easy going. As a house mate, I am low maintenance, considerate and respectful. Music plays a big part of my life. There are instruments all over the house, but that will never interrupt you. If you play something, even better. I have successfully shared with males and females so I’m open to both.

I like to keep a light and positive atmosphere at home, and it’s very important to me to find the right person to move in.

You will pretty much have the nice and bright second floor to yourself. Your own room inc bed, A/C, walk in robe and furniture, own bathroom and living area. The house has 3 living areas and a dining room, and is decked out with pretty much everything, so it would suit someone without a lot of stuff. There is also a garage spot for a car. A bed and bedding is available if you don’t have one.

5 min walk to everything you could want. Shops, fast food, bars, restaurants, chemist, gym, bus, train, river, park etc.

14 minutes to the airport.
10 minutes to the city.

$420 per week inc bills.

Sorry no pets or couples.
