About the property
I have a spare room in my 2 bedroom apartment available from February 1 as my current roommate is moving back to the Ireland! The room will be left with most of her furniture (queen bed, clothes rack some extra storage bits) but can be removed if you have your own or want to replace anything. The room is a bit tight with a the current bed frame so up to you 😊
The unit is on the ground floor of a 2 story complex. There is a washing machine in the bathroom with clothes lines in the communal back area. Good air conditioning in the living room. The place is fairly small so luckily with the doors open it manages to cool off the bedrooms in summer too. Shared bathroom.
Close to the maylands train station and bus stop on guildford Rd

About the flatmates
I am 30 years old, from Canada but have been in perth for the past 5 years.
A bit about me - I work full time in disability but will be studying come February. I have a fairly active lifestyle, and try to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. On weekends I like to catch up with friends and am part of a synchronized swimming team. Im not a huge drinker (30 has me embracing my wholesome girl era). That said I do love a glass of wine while making dinner, and occasionally going out with friends for a few drinks - it's all about balance! 😁
I really value my own time and space, its how I charge my battery! My place is small but it's cozy and I really love it. My ideal roommate would be someone with a similar lifestyle as me.
