We are looking for backpackers, international students or people with holiday working visa
Tenants requirements: Pay rent on time, clean, quite, don't smoke, don't bring friend over for party, gathering or sleepover, respectful.
One master queen bed room without an ensuite for $285/week for 1 person for $350 for 2 people, which is available now
The rent price includes normal day to day water, electricity and gas use and fast unlimited NBN internet access, but doesn't include the heater use during winter and portable cooler during summer. A fan is acceptable.
Bond is not required. The rent price is firm, not negotiable.
House is equipped with an aircon. House includes 1 large kitchen, 1 lounge room, 1 dining room, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and 1 laundry room.
A huge Bardon park, the Swan river side and a beautiful city view are just in front of the house.
3 minutes walking to 48 & 55 bus stops. 11 minutes walking to Mt Lawley train station and only 1km to Maylands train station. About 14 minutes walking distance to Coles, IGA, Chemist and the shopping market in Maylands, 6km to Morley Galleria and 5km to Perth CBD. It's next to East Perth, Bayswater and close to Highgate, Mt Lawley, Inglewood and Bedford areas
We prefer longer stay, however, our minimum term is 2 months. If you stay shorter than 2 months, you still need to pay 2 months rent.
You pay 4 weeks rent in advance when you first move in. You pay 4 weeks rent in advance thereafter.

- don't bring their friends in for parties during day and night;

- don't smoke inside the house;
- turn the power, gas and water off when they're not in use to save energy;
can look after our house.
