My name is Jo and I am a 37-year-old woman and the owner of this beautiful river front townhouse that I currently share with my affectionate cat, Nori. I am a friendly person who has lived with lots of lovely people over the years. I work full time and keep the house neat and tidy. I enjoy socialising but am also respectful of my housemate's space and privacy.
I have a fully furnished room to offer that would be ideal for a FIFO worker (which is why I am offering lower rent with bills included). You'd also have your own fridge and separate toilet, and long-term parking is available. It's worked well for many FIFO workers over the years!
The house is the ideal place to chill on weeks off, being right on the river, with a comfy spot to hang out outside. I'll even let you borrow my paddle boards.
