the specious house with 4 beds room, now 3 ladies are living in ,one is a landlord 61Year old from China a retired senior high school teacher . the second lady is a graduate student form China ,24 year old. the third one 50 year old is studing in tafe about early education,a Australia citizen original from kenya. a very clean and tidy lady .
they are peaceful , kindly , no laudly noise in the house .
