About the property
I’m unfortunately moving out and genuinely sad to be leaving this place. It’s been such a great home. We’re a social, easygoing household who also really respect each other’s space, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room. Living with the best people 2 girls and a guy English and Aussie xx
The room is very big and has a built-in projecto (which is so cool) I’m leaving my bed and wardrobe, so it will be fully furnished and an easy move.
The location is honestly ideal. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk straight into the city. It’s a 2 minute walk to a pharmacy, local shop, bottle shop and my favourite café. Galleria with literally anything you need Woolworths, Target, etc are a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive away.
The house is new and modern with a dishwasher, dryer, a lovely outdoor area and a big garage. I’ve really loved living here and would stay if I could

About the flatmates
We are aged between 22-26. We have the most lovely time together- having family movie nights and cooking dinner together. We generally are all quite social but also respect each others space. I’ve lived here for a year but it’s time for me to move on :(
