Conveniently located 300 meters to Glendalough train station and just 7 minutes into the city! We are 7km from Scarborough Beach and 5km from Perth CBD.
Mt Hawthorn is a safe family-friendly area with lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
Lake Monger is close by and it's a lovely 3.5km around the lake.
My ideal housemate enjoys keeping fit and works full time (business hours) or is a full time student. Not suitable for FIFO workers or if you work from home. I need the house to myself during school hours to focus on work.
Quiet time is 10pm to 7am.
$300 per week includes all bills and the occasional cooked dinner. I do all the washing and cleaning so it’s more like a homestay.
No bond, just pay me 4 weeks rent upfront.
