Hi! Looking for someone to take over my lease from February 23rd in our beautiful, much-loved house in Mount Lawley!

Flat with much character, right next to the Beaufort St restaurant strip! It has a front and a massive back yard with a city-view deck, a laundry and clothes rack downstairs, 4 rooms with kitchen and 1 bathroom to share.

The house was rented unfurnished, but everyone add bits and pieces and now the common areas have basic furniture, a fridge, and a washing machine. You'll need to furnish your room that has a BIG wardrobe ONLY

It is NOT A PARTY HOUSEšŸ”‡, it is quite the opposite, LoL!
..very quiet and chill, looking for a person in the same mood, tidy and clean (we have a cleaning roster), who pays the bills on time. Must be happy to share internet connection, and common home cleaning products and supplies costs
