Backyard: Great for entertaining - have outdoor couches, firepit, bbq, and plenty of greenery. There is a shed which can be used to store camping items etc.
Living room: Large tv, Nintendo switch, pot belly fireplace, Jarrah wood flooring, very comfy couch. Single unit air conditioner.
Kitchen: all the usuals plus an air fryer and soda stream. Fridge and chest freezer shared, each person gets a shelf.
Laundry: smart Samsung large washing machine, no dryer but clothes line outside. There's space inside for a dryer or clothes hangers inside if wanted
Second living area: dining room - not really used at the moment as we usually eat in the living room. Can be used to work from home or study. Some space there to store items if wanted. Single unit air conditioner.
Your bedroom: 1 large window and 1 small window. Has a good quiet ceiling fan and we have centrally ducted evap air con. The front porch is unused - welcome to use the space.
