Unfortunately, my visa renewal plans didn’t work out and I need to return to Brazil.
Because of that, I’m looking for someone to take over my room ASAP, with immediate move-in. I’d love to find someone lovely to enjoy this cozy space I truly love 💛

• Comfortable, well-ventilated and very cozy

🏠 The house (shared with only 1 other person):
• Open-plan living room and kitchen
• Air conditioning in the living room
• Wooden floors downstairs and carpet upstairs
• 1 bathroom with a bathtub
• Powder room + laundry
• Front garden
• Covered outdoor area at the back
• The house stays very cool (positioned away from direct sun)

🏘️ Complex:
• Small, quiet and green complex
• Secure gate with remote control or code
• Friendly neighbours

📍 Great location (perfect if you don’t drive):
• Bus stop: 6 min walk
• Train (Mount Lawley Station): 15 min walk

📅 Availability:
• Immediate move-in (15 January)
• Until 14 April → short term (~3 months)

• Rent: $400 per week (bills included) — negotiable
• Bond: 2 weeks rent
