Large home in Mount Lawley near bus stops and a train station, just off Beaufort St. Short distance from the city. Lovely neighbourhood, safe, and well situated.
House has a side door right before the stairs that lead up to your rooms, so you can come and go without much interaction if that's what you're looking for, and plenty of shared space to enjoy if you're more sociable (either is fine with us!).
The entire upstairs area is all yours, separated from the rest of the house a little. A bedroom, study, and bathroom all for you. We would advertise both rooms separately to make rent easier on everyone but the real estate agency won't allow us to have a 5th person occupying the residence (this is the same reason we have said "no couples". We wouldn't care ourselves, and partners are of course welcome to come to the house, we just can't have 5 permanent occupants).
We have two cats that are very gentle and will most likely keep to themselves, but if they get comfortable with you they'll stop scampering away when you get close.
And if you're a plant-lover, you'll adore the little backyard that Jess has poured her heart into.

Myself (Eamonn), my spouse (Max), and our friend (Jess) have a pair of rooms and a bathroom upstairs that have recently been vacated and we're looking to fill the spot with someone interested in a short stay.
The lease ends at the end of May and it's likely we aren't going to sign a new one if we can help it (though, knowing the market, we may have to stay on and could possibly continue to share with someone for another year after May).
We are easygoing and will be keen to get to know you while also respecting your space and wanting some of our own time as well. We aren't party people but don't mind guests. We have a weekly tabletop games night but otherwise keep a clean, relaxed environment. Feel encouraged to make the most of the shared spaces in the house, and be as present or hermit-y as you like!
