The garden room overlooks the garden and shares a bathroom with one other room. However the two rooms have their one lounge which has plenty of space. The space is absolutely stunning.
Phenomenal location. Less than 5 minutes walk to river, buses, Stirling highway, shops, cafe, bakery and many restaurants. Gorgeous tree lined street in Nedlands only 7 mins walk to the river and Matilda bay foreshore and UWA side of Neds. Lovely house with trees and birds. The free CAT bus is 200 metres at the bottom of our road.
This house really is like no other and is a very relaxing space to unwind.
Sorry no pets. But we have a lovely fluffy Labradoodle (Nala) that loves people and cuddling up to housemates. Everyone loves her.

About the flatmates
Hello, this is a beautiful family home with a couple of rooms that are rented overlooking a beautiful garden at the rear.
My wife and I live in the front of the house with our Labradoodle who is very loving and affectionate. Our two teenage kids stay here every second week. We have a second house so a lot of the time we are at the other house. We are really easy going people and this is a stunning home in a great location. Michele and I have guest stay for years and years. We love going on adventures and have a campervan. We have great relationships with our flatmates and we treat each other like family. You will love this place.
