About the property
We are looking for someone to join our share house from mid March ideally for a minimum of 1 year.
We live in a large and quirky 4x3 classic Nedlands house, a spacious and rambling home with a very well equipped (and stocked) kitchen and plenty of shared spaces (large dining area with a feasting table and comfy seating around an open fire, another large room with kitchenette, fireplace and projector. There is also a large yard and shed). there is driveway parking but ample street parking.
We are a social household, often having shared meals and drinks, but also give each other space (the large house facilitates this also!)
Its a great location - super close to public transport, 5 min to UWA, Claremont, 10 min to beach or city.
"The Bottega" is a spacious, light and airy room and can be partially furnished (queen bed and set of drawers) or empty to create your own perfect space. There are 2 bathrooms which are shared with 3 other housemate.

About the flatmates
There are 5 in the house;
- An Aussie couple, a vet who is only home every other month, and a marine engineer who spends very little time at home as is either at sea or traveling or visiting family in Margaret River. We both love photography, cooking and everything the great outdoors offer, diving, skiing and hiking especially.
- An Aussie-Estonian couple; one in the throws of a neuroscience masters, the other a high hitter at a marketing firm. These guys are wonderful peeps, great conversationalists, film buffs and love the thrill of travel.
- An Englishman; a geologist who works FIFO if he isn't off travelling and exploring the world in the cheapest car he can find. He always up for activates - snorkelling, hiking and starting to get into photogrpahy too.
- And there is an uber friendly senior kittie, Channa, who is up for a cuddle any time of day.
- There are also several large veggie patches.
We are looking for a like minded, easy going but motivated person to join us in our home. We are all pretty chilled and enjoy time hanging out for drinks, dinner or a movie at times, but also respect when people want privacy to do their own thing.
Would suit mature age/Phd student or young professional.
Singles $280 or couples welcome $320
Ideally looking for at least a 1 year stay.
