About the flatmates
House is a mini mansion and VERY close to the beach. A few minutes walk to South Beach.
Has a plunge pool.
The bedroom for rent is the master suite and includes a huge space where you could have a lounge (can be provided if wanted). A balconette, sitting area outside room.
Shared use of pool, small kitchen (so must leave cleaned), laundry, clothes line, parking bays in cul de sac.
Sharing full time with a 24 year old male student of very healthy habits and tidy.
Part time with professional women who mostly stays at partner's house.
(Bills - water and elec. - are included to a reasonable amount. If exceeding that then excess shared 4 ways).
A female would be a better fit as that balances at 2 of each gender instead of 3:1.
