It's a very affordable house on a large grassed property. Close to public transport, 5 minutes away from Coogee beach. Most of the house is furnished. I like to keep the house very clean and organised. There is a patio area that includes a couch that you can also use as another space to spend your time. It can be a nice social environment however in general it is a quite residence and suitable for those currently studying There is air conditioning in the main living area, no heating and no air conditioning in the rooms. There are sooo many great things about this place, and as they say "location is everything"! Living in South Fremantle is wonderful, as we have the convenience of the free CAT bus service to Freo Markets, etc, but are not disturbed by traffic noise. There are also some of Perth's best restaurants within walking distance. Our apartment is two-level, with *3* balconies - one of which is the private balcony that comes with your room. From this you can see the ocean and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. (Or do the same from the awesome swing-chair on the main balcony.) South Beach is just a couple minutes' walk away, so you can easily pop out for a quick swim and come back for a luxurious, warm shower. You'll be sharing the bathroom with just myself, and being a new building (not 2 years old yet), it's very well-designed with all the mod cons. This includes reverse-cycle AC in your room and a dishwasher in the kitchen. In fact, the kitchen is a dream to prepare dinner in, with an excellent gas-stove, soft-close cupboards/drawers ;) and a huge range of equipment.
