Hello! We are subletting a room in our 3 bedroom, two-storey townhouse in South Freo🏠

The room will be available from mid March.

⭐️ It’s a medium-sized furnished room, you will be sharing the bathroom with just one person (Axelle 32y/o 🇧🇪 female).
⭐️ The house is equipped with all the essentials and furniture, you only need to bring your belongings and any extra furniture you would like to add to your room.
⭐️The location is perfect, with Woolies, ALDI, Dan Murphy's, Peaches, IGA, and 6x bus services within a 2 minute walk. South Beach and South Terrace are also a short walk/cycle away.
⭐️Rent will be $240, bills excluded.
⭐️Bond will be $960.

You will be sharing the house with Axelle (32 y/o 🇧🇪 female), Carpentry student and construction worker, and me (30 y/o 🇧🇪 male) working full-time in construction. We are looking for a male/female housemate who is clean, respectful and planning on staying long-term, a year minimum and preferably working a daytime job (we're early risers and early sleepers). 😊

We have certain non-negotiables; (these sound like common sense but we've had issues with it in the past and won't tolerate anymore)

- House cleaning rotation once a week + putting bins out and back in.

- No dishes left behind. (clean and put away)

- Room cleaning and ventilation.

- Respectful of shared spaces (toilet/bathroom/living room/kitchen).

- Clear and positive communication.

- Paying rent/bond/bills on time.

THESE AREN'T BIG ASKS, THEY'RE BASIC REQUIREMENTS.

We promise it's a fun house regardless.
