It is available on the 3rd of October but I can be flexible with the move-in date for the right housemate, rent is $215 per week (which is what I also pay). This spacious, wholesome, light filled home is located a stone's throw from the shop/cafe strip of South Terrace, and less than 10 minutes stroll from beautiful South Beach! Wholefoods market and a range of yoga studios are also within a short walk if that floats your boat :) The free CAT bus service stops at the street corner, so an easy, short commute into Fremantle and the train station. The house is currently furnished and filled with delightful houseplants that I have managed to keep alive! Having said that, I welcome any personal touches and items of furniture you would like to contribute to make the place feel more homely. There is a shared bathroom but an additional toilet, a recently renovated kitchen, plenty of outdoor space for a veggie garden, cartwheels and entertaining friends. I'm hoping to restore the old chook house and keep bees soon. Their is air conditioning, heating and secure parking. Bedroom pictured is the one available but it will be unfurnished. You have the option of going on the lease with me, or just renting. About me: I enjoy healthy-living, ocean swims, vegetarian cooking, impromptu dancing in the kitchen, gardening and yoga. Work as a teacher Monday - Thursday and study Friday evenings. I am open to all nationalities and LGBTQ peeps. So central, awesome location and beautiful well maintained home. Having time to yourself at home and also friendly housemates and fun with the youngest one particularly (2.5 years old)! The townhouse is in an awesome location a two minute walk to the cafe strip in Fremantle and a nice stroll to South Beach therefore close to shops and Notre Dame University. It’s a two story property with bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor and living space and courtyards on the lower level. It’s a lovely complex with good friendly neighbours. It's in a great location, 5 minute walk to Galatti's and the Wray Ave cafe strip, and only a short walk into town, the beach, train station, Peaches and IGA. This is a fantastic place close to Fremantle, with character and ocean views from your bedroom, with a treed courtyard in which to relax, and a spotty dog and two splodgy cats as company. The house is an easy walk to Wray Avenue cafes and shops, just a little bit further to Freo town centre and train station. South Beach is 2km away. The closest bus is around the corner on South Street, which takes you to Freo and/or Murdoch Uni. The room is simply furnished, has air conditioning (reverse cycling so heating in winter), faces west to the ocean and overlooks the courtyard. There is an outdoor pizza oven which you're welcome to use. An outdoor shower (incl hot water) and soon to be outdoor bath. Second toilet downstairs. **Will consider another dog if super cat and dog friendly, toilet trained, and an additional pet bond will be requested to cover carpet cleaning at vacating the property. I currently have a room available from the 19th of September. The room is of a big size (5.5x5), Its great having such a big room in a share house so you can join the rest of the housemates when you wish, and if you feel like some quiet time you're not in a box! Rooms are more than big enough for King beds and bedroom furniture as well as an area for couch/chairs etc. We have a big veranda around the outside of the house with great views over Fremantle and plenty of seating areas for BBQ's and socialising. Really great location just off High Street, 2 minute stroll to Fremantle Markets, Monument Hill, Cappuccino Strip and 15 minutes walking distance to the Freo Train Line and multiple bus stops. Off Street and On Street parking available, we can apply for Fremantle permits which also gives you access to parking in certain areas of Fremantle. Rent is 200 per week/250 for couples and bills are 25 person per week covering high speed nbn internet, gas, solar electricity and instant hot water, the bills actually work out higher but I cover the difference. Included is state of the art security locks, cameras and contents insurance at no extra charge. I having work done to the house, so occasionally there is some building. There is storage and there are many plans for new rooms and additions. I.e a new laundry, outdoor shower, outhouse, garage, sauna, bathroom rebuild, new bathroom and more.
