The spot: The location is awesome. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are cafes, restaurants and bars all very close. Public transport is very easy, a bike even easier. Parking on the street can be a bit limited but not too bad. The house: We have a big backyard - but could definitely use some help with. The room has nice light and can be furnished or unfurnished. We have most of the furniture we need except for a couple of lounge chairs, a couch and an outdoor table setting.
The house is in a fantastic location and I couldn't ask for more. It is a great neighborhood with a community feel, with parks and beaches just a 5min walk away. The centre of Fremantle is only 3min drive away! One of the best sourdough bread bakeries in the country is at the end of the street, as well as an IGA and fruit and vege store. Woolworths is only a 10min walk away. The area is surrounded by public transport, which can take you anywhere from local beaches, Train station, Fremantle city centre, as well as other buses that can take you Perth CBD and beyond. You would have your own Master bedroom at the front of the house, private bathroom and closed in/ covered verandah that connects to your room. Full access to newly renovated kitchen, and hot tub in the back yard. Just outside the living room area is open plan decking, with a couch and table that gets flooded with northern light during the day.
On main road so access to all public transport. Walking distance to shops & beach. Historical building with gym, courtyard, plenty of room. The house is part of a large ballet school, so it does suit students, particularly those interested in fitness. Large study room and plenty of areas to escape to read in peace. Definitely no smokers. Not suited for short stays.
It's a beautiful, fully furnished apartment, amazing building, and so close to everything that Fremantle has to offer. It really sells itself. The pictures are actually from the real estate page but I have furnished it in pretty much exactly the same way as it's shown in the photos. I have Foxtel (sport + movies) though internet is not connected. The apartment has a/c but not in the room itself. Planning to install A/C in the room before next summer - though with where the apartments are, getting a cool breeze isn't a problem!

Outstanding location, spacious and airy, the kitchen and living room area has some salt lamps and good lighting, quiet shaded during the day will be installing an info red sauna soon, I have my own end of house and looking for someone who would potentially want to split the whole house one bedroom each and leave the third vacant or just simply take a room. The whole place is quiet no neighbour noise and no loitering in the kitchen, this isn't a party house and I rarely bring anyone back.
