About the flatmates
I’m moving out of this property at the end of March and need someone to take over the lease if possible.
You’ll be sharing the house with two lovely couples in their mid-twenties. There’s a very nice atmosphere in the house and everyone is very friendly, keeps house tidy, and is respectful of each other’s space. They expect and deserve the same from any potential new housemates. This is a house of people working jobs with very early morning and night shifts so ideally people from similar backgrounds would be more suited to the house. Ideally the room is best suited for one person only as max amount of tenants is five. This room won’t be available until April 1st.
