My partner and I are renting a two-story house in Osborne park, and we’re looking to sublet the TWO bedrooms (second can be used as an office or storage) to the right person. The upstairs of the house is a master bedroom including onsuite so downstairs bathroom will be for your own private. Room is already furnished with bed and storage space.
About us:�We’re a relaxed, respectful couple who value a tidy and calm home, we’re ideally looking for someone who shares this lifestyle. We both train and compete in sport so spend most evenings during the week out at training, leaving you with the house to yourself. We also ask that the tenant is open in communicating with us, keeping late night noise controlled when other members of the house need to sleep for work and training.
