The house has a well-sized kitchen with a gas stove and I’ve got all the essentials - washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, etc. It’s a great setup if you like cooking or meal prepping. There’s off-street parking available, and a bus stop just a few minutes’ walk away.
Woolworths (open until 10pm daily) is only about a 5-minute drive, and the location is pretty central - 10 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the city and 20 minutes to carousel.
I also have two very friendly, indoor-only cats who are very much part of the household 😊

I work full-time as a project manager and compete in powerlifting. I’m pretty active and always trying to hit my daily steps 😂 so I tend to be out and about a bit.
The house isn’t a party house, but it’s definitely a friendly one. I’m always up for a shared meal, a casual beer or wine, or a yap if someone’s around - but I’m also happy doing my own thing. I’m easy-going, tidy, and like having a home where everyone feels comfortable, social when they want to be, and relaxed when they don’t.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone around a similar age for the social side as well 😊
