About the flatmates
You’ll be sharing with me, I work full time shift work as registered nurse. I enjoy my down time when I’m not working, new adventures, plants, the beach and don’t mind a cheeky wine. I have friends over occasionally and don’t mind if you do as well if we both respect each others space.
I’m looking for someone who will become apart of the home I have. Must be clean and tidy, rental experience, working and/or studying. would love to create a friendship/housemate situation where we can hang out but also respect each others space.
Rent is $325 a week and just half of the power bill each time it’s due (wifi, gas and water included)
I have a 6 year old cat, who loves to run around but also loved a cuddle. She’s an indoor cat who has an outdoor area from the laundry, so liking cats is a must as she will want to chill with you.
The house is fully furnished besides the 2 rooms that would be yours.
There is street parking available, it’s a quiet street and have no issues in the past with street parking.
We have one carport but can fit 2 cars
