It’s a cute flat, in a nice 6 unit complex. It’s really close to good public transport, the Preston street shops, multiple bottle shops, and the waterfront. It’s a lovely area, and is very convenient to get to both Curtin and UWA. The bedroom is unfurnished but has a large built in wardrobe/dresser with mirror and is large enough for a queen bed comfortably. All the other rooms are fully furnished! :) Wifi is unlimited ($35 per month each) and connected to the NBN. Power bill is every 3 months, and is usually $50-70 each!
