2 br place in South Perth, amazing views of the river + skyline and a 7 min walk to the ferry if you're a fast walker like me. You'd have your own bedroom and bathroom, shared living space and kitchen.
Would suit someone who doesn't have a car as there's only one parking bay but have adjusted rent accordingly, and would be down to offer lifts/carpool as needed. Also usually go climbing on the weekends with some mates so you could tag along to that if that's a vibe.
Current tenant, and have been here six months, looking for someone for at least until the lease ends in mid June and hoping to renew! Would be looking for you to sign onto the lease :)
