About the property
Hey I'm Brad. I'm moving out of the master bedroom soon as I am moving into my partner's place, so I'm looking for someone new to take the room.
The property is located one street back from the South Perth foreshore and is a 7 minute walk from the ferry. We are on a nice stretch of Mill Point road which is near to the Kwinana Freeway but is tucked away from the traffic. Buses run up and down the street regularly so the commute into Perth is very easy and fast. Within walking distance is a 24 hr IGA and The Windsor Hotel.
The property itself is really cool as well. There is a pool, spa, gym, half tennis court, and a communal area downstairs with a BBQ if you want to have friends over. Our flat has really nice views down Mill Point Road and also over towards the city from the balcony.
The rent covers gas and water, but internet and electricity bills are split evenly between the three of us. Anyone is welcome but we can't have couples or pets sorry! Also, there is an undercover parking spot available.

About the flatmates
Both of the other tenants are working professionals around 30 years old, one female and one male. They're both very easy going and love to have a chat after work. We are all into our fitness and try to make the most of the communal gym and pool downstairs. There are cycling and running tracks along the foreshore which are real scenic, Kings Park is a ten minute jog away.
