About the property
We are looking for a new housemate to join us. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 large living areas. We have a big TV, lots of fridge space, dishwasher and a BBQ out the back.
We have a large backyard and we back onto a park with the local IGA only a 5 minute walk away. It’s also a 10 minute drive to Trigg or Scarborough Beach and close to the Stirling train station. We have plenty of parking space out the front.
The bedroom has a built in wardrobe. We can help with furnishings depending if you have your own bed/furniture.

About the flatmates
We are looking to replace a housemate who is moving out. We are a mix of 3 males and 1 female with full time jobs in our mid to late 20s. We have all become good friends and are looking for someone who we will all get along with. We are friendly, relaxed and excited to meet new people. Hobbies include going to the beach, surfing, board games, team sport, running/walking/cycling, cooking and watching movies.
