Subiaco, Perth

We’re seeking a new housemate to join us in Subiaco! Available 2nd March

The house features high-ceilings, newly-renovated bathrooms, a lovely verandah out front, and spacious kitchen/dining/living areas. The house also receives plenty of natural light throughout the day. It’s very close to King’s Park and Juanita’s, and then Subi Square/Rokeby shopping strip is a 10-15 minute walk away.

The room up for grabs is 3m x 3.1m, has a newly-installed split system A/C, and is $265 per week.

You’d be joining 3 existing housemates, Ed, Charlie, and Bri. We're a fairly social house when you can actually get us all in Perth at the same time. We often like to go out for drinks and dinners together, and would ideally be looking for someone that can match this energy :)

Ed is 27, originally from Melbourne and has lived in Perth for nearly 3 years. I work as heli aircrew - primarily based in Perth but regularly work away. On the weekends I’ll typically be out with mates, but if I’m trying to save money I’ll likely be rotting on the couch watching an unnecessary amount footy or cricket. Whenever I get a bit more time off I try to go either hiking or travelling

Charlie is 28, and is Perth born and bred and enjoys golf with his brothers when he gets the spare time from his busy finance bro career. Also a keen water polo and open water swimmer too.

Bri is 25 and works full time as a pilot. On my days off I’m usually at the beach, hanging out with friends or playing cards (losing) with Ed and Charlie
