I leave in Subiaco, in a green street with lots of beautiful old houses around. The unit is very quiet, 5 minutes walk from Kings Park and 10 minutes from Subi train station. Super easy to reach by public transport. You can cycle to the city in 10/15 minutes. There is an abundance of shops around (Crossways shopping center, 2 minutes walk), nice cafés, gyms and other venues close by (N.B. easy to walk to Leederville). My flat is spacious and luminous, has a lot of character and a great balcony. I collect my green waste, love plants, grow a small garden and filter my drinking water. The space is easy to share while keeping one's privacy. Anyone interested, come and have a look to get the feel by yourself.
