Large and spacious living areas and a large kitchen area. The house is directly across the road from a Post office as well as a stones throw away from Coles and Snap Fitness and right next door to the place is a GP clinic. Its only a couple of minutes walk from West Leederville Train Station (2 stops away from the city) and many neighbourhood bars and restaurants. Leederville is also only a 10 minute walk away for more of a variety with food. Perth City is a 45minute walk away and 10-15min drive from City beach. The only thing that needs paying in terms of amenities is the electricity bill. Other than that, every thing else is included in rental price (including internet). There is one bathroom in the house, though there is an extra toilet out the back, in the laundry. The rooms each come with a carpark, either around the back of the house or on-street parking with permit. We're gutted to be looking for new housemates although our current housemates lease has expired and they wish to find a property with cheaper rent.

My bedroom fits a queen bed, two bed side tables, a chest of draws, and two clothes racks. There’s a second room that you also get which you could use as your study or wardrobe. I used it as my study and storage of linen. You’ll be living with one other person. There’s two bathrooms so you could have your own. One is connected off the laundry. There are two dogs living at the house with a lovely backyard and nice front porch for those sunny days.
Recently renovated 3x1 property is on the ground level of a small unit block in West Leederville. On the same street as Hylin Cafe (which turns into a bar at night), the property is a 2 minute walk from both Coles and the West Leederville train station. The property gets good natural light, as it's north facing, and has large living areas to be able to relax in. It also has a great little balcony for having a drink, a meal or entertaining. Parking is competitive in the building, but there is 8 bays directly outside, so often it's not a problem. Parking is monitored on the street between 8am and 6pm, and after those hours it's free. This means that if you are generally working full-time hours, you'll have no issues parking on street (and the 8 bays are often all free during work hours), so parking never usually a problem. The street is leafy and green, and neighbours are all lovely. Internet and water included in the rent, so all you'll need to pay is electricity. It's also furnished with the basic necessities: dishwasher, cutlery, cooking appliances, washing machine, couch, TV etc.
