Unfortunately I have to leave this awesome house but on the plus side there is the opportunity for one you lucky people to join our York St share house. The home has loads of charm of an older style house but with great amenities. The bedrooms are large, with the bedroom for rent (see photos) having massive built in wardrobes and plenty of room to fit queen size bed with room to spare for a desk or TV unit. The kitchen/bathroom/living areas are massive and we have a large undercover deck off the back of the house for entertaining. There is also loads of storage with a storage cabinet and garden shed as well as an office joined to the carport in the backyard.
