It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking and your own parking spot underneath the building, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, we have local shops just an elevator ride away and public transportation (Station Street train stop). The room is quite large, with a wardrobe and has its own connecting bathroom. Netflix, Stan, WiFi and gas and water included in rent. Other utilities ie electricity are not included. Close to the freeway, 10min drive to the beach (if that), and 15mins to the city. Halfway between Innaloo and Karrinyup shops. IKEA and gold class cinema 5min drive! We are a laid back household, looking for someone who needs a quiet, respectful home. We would like someone nice, normal and chilled that we can all get along with. Must be prepared to go on the lease. What I love about this place is all the bedrooms are upstairs, separate from the living areas downstairs. Can easily separate the two, and chill out on your own if you want, or hang out together downstairs. The room has a built in robe with mirror sliding doors. Fits a queen bed comfortably. I have a bed and drawers that can be put in the room if required 👍 The house is fairly well insulated, and we also have a ducted split system aircon/heater. The bathroom is shared, but it has a massive bathtub, and the toilet is separate. And there's another toilet downstairs! We are a non smoking household, but it's not a dealbreaker, just be respectful. Must be employed, must not hate cats! As we are in West Leederville, across the bridge, you get the best of both worlds as you are close to the busting hub of Leedy, but actually living in a quiet neighbourhood with no street noise whatsoever. Also there is plenty of off street and on-street parking for this property. :) This property itself also has so much charm and warmth, the living room is adorable, the kitchen is fully stocked and quite large, the outdoor area has plenty of space to relax and unwind, and the house itself is cosy and has such a “warm” feel to it with the beautiful sandstone exterior. The internal space is quaint and stylish with its polished floor boards, lovely furnishings and high ceilings - all amazing and add so much to the house’s character and charm. Additional bills for power (we have gas hot water) are so minimal that you don’t even notice them - a couple of bills come in every 2-3 months or so and are never much more than $60 (split by two flatmates). :) - it’s nothing!

Transport is 750m to either Leederville Train station (which is 2 stops from Perth) or the Green CAT bus for free into the CBD. Short or long term stay. The bedroom is fully furnished, with a large mirrored double robe and you'll have your own bathroom. Linen & towels provided. There’s ducted air-conditioning/ heating and ceiling fans throughout along with blinds & curtains for further insulation/ block-out. The apartment also has a dishwasher, oven w gas cooktop, BBQ, Bosch washer/dryer combo, Nespresso coffee machine, TV and a north facing balcony with a large sunbed. The gated complex is very safe and secure tucked away on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. There is only one car bay for the apartment, which you can use when I'm not there, but as I'm coming and going on an irregular basis I can't guarantee it all the time as I will need it when I'm down in Perth. Street parking is available but subject to 2 hour time limit during the day, therefore it would suit someone who either doesn't have a car or drives to work during the day. Bills are $25/wk, I have my own internet supplied by work but there is Telstra Air (wifi) nearby or you are welcome to set up your own. This is a very clean and tidy home, with respect for things important. I'm very easy going and trust that the place will be looked after in my absence, so not suitable if you take drugs, drink heavily or smoke.
