I are situated close to the shops in Subiaco. It is easy to walk (30-40min) or ride (5-10min) down to the University of Western Australia as there is a path the whole way. I am also close to plenty of bus-stops. The house is on a quiet street and trees at the front of the house help keep it cool during summer.

There is a nice private patio out back with a table and BBQ. The room has a large built in robe and will accommodate a double bed comfortably. It is close to buses, train, and the center of Subiaco with all kind of cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. There is both parking on & off street(I don't mind if you would like the dedicated spot as I don't use my car that much). The house is fairly large for this area and is perfectly located near 3 Cat buses (Red, Green and Yellow) and the City West train station (Fremantle Line). The bedrooms are upstairs, so they are quiet and seperated from the main area downstairs (kitchen and living area). The room contains a double bed, desk and wardrobe. However, it is not an issue if you wish to bring your own furniture. There is only one parking bay which is currently occupied. There is a free carpark across the road that belongs to the bank, so parking outside of office hours is possible. However, parking all day during the week is not allowed.
