About the flatmates
You will be sharing with late 20's/early 30's females who both work or study 5 days a week and are very friendly, helpful and genuine people. Generally the work schedule of the housemates and limited space means that this is not really a party house, making it very suitable for anyone who wants to focus on their career or education or anyone who just really enjoys a nice quiet place to sleep. However, the housemates are not averse to drinking and smoking is welcome outside.
Typically meals are made and eaten separately but group meals are sometimes arranged. Fridge space is shared and you will be allocated a space in the main pantry to keep your food etc. All silverware, cutlery and kitchen utensils are provided and shared among housemates.
Both housemates are incredibly respectful of personal space and the townhouse is typically clean with each housemate doing their bit. Tidy, organised, caring and responsible applicants will make the best housemates for this room. The room is available for $275 per week inclusive of some bills (water, gas).
