Hi, my name is Jarrad and I moved to Perth 5 months ago from Melbourne. I'm single, a 39 yo CEO, who lives in a lovely two storey, two bedroom apartment - 30m away from Rokeby Rd.
I work 5-7 days in the office and do long hours.
It's a quiet block in a very busy area. My apartment is fully furnished and has literally everything you could ever want (the balcony is such a feature).
