Salvado Court is a quiet block of 8, townhouses in a super quiet and convenient location only 250 metres from the Subiaco Train and shopping Centre in Subiaco.
The Townhouse is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom with spacious rooms all fully furnished including air conditioning with a garden court yard to front and back.
Stay Preference is for 6 mths or more.
You would be sharing with 2 great level headed responsible guys into sport. One studying and working one working FIFO both really clean.
Only 3 persons per town house so as not to be crowded, sorry no couples.

Rates are for 6mth stays or more.

Hi All: My name is Mike;
I have a 3 bedroom town house that has room available. Located in a super convenient yet quite location only 250 metres from train and shops.
It has 1bathroom upstairs with wc and one down stairs off the laundry which also has a vanity.
It is fully furnished including all bedding.

You would be sharing with 2 great, level headed Guys. 1 Polish 35 yo studying and working great English, 1 fly In Out 22 yo both really clean living, considerate and into sport.
We are looking for people of the same type male or female, who are looking for more the longer term stay as doing the inspections thing is a disruption to the house.

Property has free Nbn wifi and includes all Manchester.

I live on the complex in a separate town house if assistance is required.
