3 bedrooms available for rent in a 5 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. There will be a total of 4 housemates when the rooms are filled.

The bathroom has just been rennovated. It has a walk in shower, seperate toilet and vanity, allowing for each to be used at the same time.

The laundry has a washing machine and dryer, and there is a clothesline at the side of the house.

Internet is included in the rent. Additional to pay will be water and electricity, divided fairly by number of housemates (approx $15-20pw depending on use of heating/cooling). It will be preferred that you pay this amount weekly and then the remainder refunded once the water bill comes each quarter, to ensure debt is not accrued.

We are looking for down to earth housemates. We would ideally like someone who will become more of a friend than a stranger who keeps themselves locked up in their room; someone who enjoys occasionally hanging out together such as pub dinners, etc, sometimes we just watch netflix, order in pizza, or do our own thing by ourselves. You will need to be mature and clean up after yourself and contribute to the usual cleaning upkeep of the house. There will be no tolerance for drama or bitchiness, no house parties.

Long term stays (1-2 years +) are preferred over short term, but we are open to shorter term for the right people. Sorry no couples (unless you rent 2 rooms, due to there only being 1 bathroom between the rooms).

We are quite central to all areas of Port Macquarie. The drive to CSU takes 7-10mins. To the town centre and town beach is 6-10mins, to lighthouse beach it’s around 10mins.
