About the property
Large fully furnished bedroom available near CSU Uni and Base Hospital in Port Macquarie. House is currently occupied by a family of 2 people and a well trained outdoor senior dog.
We are looking for a full time student or full time worker, female only. We are located about 15 minute walk to the new CSU uni campus, Coles supermarket, Café, ANZ Bank, medical centre and hairdresser. It’s about 20 minutes walk to Port Macquarie Base Hospital. The bus stop to town CBD and Base Hospital is about 2 minute walk from our house.
The room has a double size bed, bedside table, desk with large built in robes, LED lighting, double power and TV point. You will also have access to your own bathroom with shower, a vanity and storage cabinet. Also available to share is a large laundry, dining room, large kitchen with a spare fridge for the new tenant and beautiful north to rear landscaped outdoor areas. Well trained 8 year old outdoor family dog in the backyard during the day and he sleeps in the garage, plenty parking off the street.
Rent includes all bills: water, electricity and wireless internet.

Hi there, we are a family of 3 people looking for a female student/full time worker to share our 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house. We all work and our daughter is going to Uni in Sydney this year too.
We are a welcoming family who likes to help and support young students and workers starting in Port Macquarie. We had share our house in the past with lovely students and they have become good friends of us.
