Centrally located in Port Macquarie. Walking distance to Public Transport. Quiet area with respectful, peaceful tenant. NO Smokers. Furnished. You will most likely require Tallboys. We have Solar Panels. No need for air-conditioning with fresh Summer breezes. No pets. Owner has 2 dogs downstairs, so pet love is still available!!!! Available Sun 15 Feb.
