One unfurnished room located in Lighthouse Beach, we're close to lots of local parks, the beach, Watonga St Shops, Lighthouse Plaza and Tacking Point Tavern.
We've got a brand new gourmet kitchen, a/c, Netflix, Binge & Amazon, ceiling fans throughout, solar power, fire pit and a large patio and backyard area.
There's also a separate, quiet TV area that would be good for gamers.
The bathroom has been updated with new fittings and is shared with only one other person.
It's bed 3 as identified on the floorplan.
Sorry, I can't accommodate pets (though fish or caged birds should be fine), no kids and no smokers.
Street parking is plentiful.
The room may be able to be furnished by negotiation.

I'm Nic and I'm looking for a new housemate to join my house in the Lighthouse beach area.
I relocated from Sydney around 5 years ago and settled in Port Macquarie. I enjoy reading, movies/series, heading to trivia nights, exploring the local area and I'm really looking forward to picking up some more knowledge about gardening (indoor and outdoor) and craft/practical projects.
I've also adopted two Greyhounds.
