Rent includes two rooms - furnished bedroom (Bed can be stored if you have your own - fits Queen size) and a second bedroom that has couch and TV. You will have primary use of the main bathroom - only used on the odd occasion we have visitors. Shared dining/ living/ kitchen/ laundry. Off street parking on drive, or park on the street as it is very quiet. 10 min drive into town. Nice outdoor area with table, heated pool and grassed area. Bedrooms have fans and living spaces have reverse cycle air-con.
Rent includes all bills (at normal usage), shared access to dining, living and kitchen. You will be responsible for own food and meals. Nice outdoor space if you like to be outside! Able to park off street on the driveway - but this is a very quiet street. Bus to town is a short walk. Close to Lighthouse Plaza shops. Heated pool over the warmer months.
