About the property
One bedroom available for rent in a shared house. $215 per week. All bills, including electricity and internet are included in the price. Room available from 20/01/26. No couples. The bedroom has it's own private ensuite. No furniture in the room yet.
The rest of the house is completely set up and recently renovated. You would be house sharing with me, and another housemate. Nice big house with ocean views, plenty of shared living area's and back yard with an awesome pet border collie dog. However, no other pets are allowed. Three bathrooms.
