The Main bedroom has had a complete facelift with brand new carpet, fresh paint and new blinds. That room is $290p/w. The second bedroom has brand new carpet and functional built-ins with plenty of storage space. $270p/w. The house is on a large double block with views. We have plenty of space in the backyard if you enjoy growing Veges etc. It’s a lovely outlook looking over paddocks, no neighbours on the bottom side and the Macleay River literally 100 metres away. The house is brick and has air conditioning in the main loungeroom. Large bedrooms with fans, big loungeroom and dining room off kitchen. There is a glass covered veranda on the northeast side that captures the sun during winter and is like another room. The main room I am renting out is HUGE (4.5mtsx4.5mts) with two sets of cupboards and drawers. Currently it has a queen size bed but can be removed if you have your own. The second bedroom has new carpet as well and functional built-ins. The street is a dead end with cows, paddocks and the river down the end. It's a safe street and the neighbours are respectful and keep an eye out for each other but don't interfere in each other's business. The house has verandas on three sides so in any weather you can still enjoy outside. The kitchen is functional with a lovely outlook. The bathroom is also tidy and functional. It has a shower, small bath and toilet. I have two outside dogs. We are walking distance to a great cafe, petrol station, gym, Boutique Brewery, and bottle shop. Smokers are welcome but I just ask you smoke outside and be courteous with emptying ash trays regularly and if smoking near a window close it so the smoke doesn't drift inside. Being a vocalist, I am quite sensitive to tobacco, so I appreciate common sense around smoking areas. Couples welcome but the price would be negotiable.
