Its a beautiful cosy house. Close to town. Lovely verandah and large backyard. Nice big kitchen. I live here on my own with my baby boy, he's 18 mths old and is a big baby , so you'll need to be a dog friendly person. He is up to date on all his vaccinations.I'm an easy going person. I'm a clean person and I do clean up after myself. I'm a quiet person but if you like to have a chat over a meal I'm in for that too. I do enjoy having a few drinks on the weekend with friends but I'm not a party animal.I get along with a wide range of age groups. Thank you.
My place is a gorgeous home with timber floors and a fire place. It has been recently renovated with a warm touch. There's a deck out the back to chill and listen to the many birds in the trees behind the property. There's a lovely woodland out the back to stroll in and it is quite close to shops and the tafe.

Living so close to Flynn’s beach is absolutely amazing. You’ll find the best coffees in port (in my opinion) just on the corner of the street, there’s also so many good places to grab takeaway all in walking distance too, a well as a bottelo, general store and post office. There’s also a pool on the property. Since moving in last year I have repainted the entire unit, hung new doors, installed ceiling fans, put new carpet in, new bathroom fixtures and a new oven, stove top and range hood so the place is basically like new:) The room available for rent has a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe, plus there is a shared built in cupboard at the front door. There’s not really any house rules other than no pets (unfortunately this is a strata management enforce rule) no smoking and tidy up after yourself in any communal areas.
