Nice modern house in a quiet neighbourhood which backs onto semi rural acreage. I have the main bedroom with an ensuite at the back of the house. Currently I am advertising for one toom however there are 3 spare bedrooms all with storage and your own toilet, bathroom and shower at the front of the house as well as your own living space. Looking for one house mate at this stage. Price includes internet, yard maintenance and gas/electricity. I work full time and travel every couple of weeks. I also have a fair few hobbies during the week and on weekends which means I'm not always home. All I ask of my house mate is to be respectful, clean and communicate clearly. 😊. 5 minute walk to the bus stop which can get you to Springfield station and into the city or the bus can take you directly to Ipswich. May be negotiable on price depending on applications. My 5 month old Border Collie, Maverick also lives with me!
