About the property
We are close to shops, public transport and farms on the Sunshine Coast. The highlight of our home is the 10 metre pool which can be heated.
The room has a queen bed, pool view and a built in wardrobe. Previous housemates have added their own desk/TV to the room.
Internet and utilities included.
Must provide own bedding for hygiene purposes.
The main bathroom is shared, with a large shower, bathtub, sink, with storage cupboards.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including:

We are on the footstep of many of the Glasshouse mountains, 30 minutes to the beaches, 20 minutes to Maleny, and 1 hour to Brisbane. We are also 5 minutes from shops like Woolworths and Kmart. We are close to local park and the local swimming pool.
All bills are included (Wi-Fi, electricity, water). 2 weeks bond required, and 2 weeks’ notice before leaving. ($360 for couples)

About the flatmates
We are a family of four, with a spare bedroom we rent out primarily to backpackers doing their farm work. Our children are 4 years and 18 months. We are a social household. We enjoy sharing travel stories, adventuring, and making new friends. We also have a cat and a very friendly dog.
