25 minutes to Caloundra, 20 minutes to USC, 22 minutes to SCUH. We (my girlfriend and me) are looking to flatshare some rooms (3.3m by 3.3m rooms with inbuilt robes) in Mooloolah Valley. The house has two living areas each with a tv, two recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen, lots of pantry space, a large backyard, no close neighbours with bushland and a park on either side, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a small creek at the back boundary. Two fridges in the house so plenty of fridge space too. We have two large dogs who are a part of our family. We are looking for someone who is social but not a heavy drinker/partier, and looking for a place to live that is quiet, and peaceful. Perfect for many people such as uni students or full time workers. Mooloolah Valley is a small town with its own Indian, Italian (pizza), Thai, fish & chips, and Chinese restaurants. There is also a cafe, IGA, Mitre 10, butcher, bakery, petrol station. The house is in easy walking distance to these and the centre of town. The train station is also in walking distance. Internet, Netflix, Stan on the tvs is included in the weekly rent, but water and electricity will be split.

The local shopping village is newly built and features cafes, a Jets gym, dining options and a super IGA. The Baringa Tavern has also just opened, all are within seven minutes walking distance. Further out the SCUH is an eight minute drive for those working there, and Caloundra city and beaches are only 10 minutes away.
