Our home is a spacious and modern 4-bedroom house in a quiet area of Beerwah, just a short walk to the train station, shops, and local cafes. It has a bright, open-plan layout with a large backyard, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying some fresh air.
The room available is furnished with a comfortable queen bed (linen optional) and 2 bedside tables and comes with your own bathroom (including a bath that’s mainly yours to use). There is also an additional parking space available on the driveway, we prefer you park here rather than on the street.
The home is kept clean and well-organised, with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.
All bills and unlimited internet are included in the rent, so there are no extra costs to worry about. We take pride in maintaining a clean, calm, and comfortable space that feels like home.

We are a young couple with a very friendly indoor ginger cat. We both work full-time and live a very clean, organised, and structured lifestyle. We’re early risers and early to bed, and we like to keep our days productive and our home calm and tidy.
We don’t smoke, drink, or use drugs, and we’re looking for someone who shares those same values. We’re friendly and social, but we also appreciate our downtime and enjoy a peaceful home environment.
We own our home and take a lot of pride in keeping it well-maintained, so we’re looking for someone who will respect and care for the space as if it were their own.
