Super friendly chill house!
One small furnished room available, all utilities and appliances are included, along with unlimited internet!

This is an all girl house and we are looking for one more girlie to join our home. You would be living with two other girlies who are both full time workers. We have 1 room available - $250 per week all bills included, including garden maintenance. Available from the 8th of February.

The room furnished if required with a single bed and bedside table. You will be sharing a bathroom with only one other. The room has a built-in wardrobe to maximise space, and we have extra storage areas throughout the house. All rooms have fans but we do have air-con in the main area of the house (the house stays relatively cool though with ocean breeze).

Our aim is to make the house into a comfy home - we want to create an easy, stress-free environment where everyone chips in with the cleaning, and we can all relax after a long day

Looking for a FEMALE housemate who is happy to have a casual chat, or join in a movie night. Ideally working full-time to ensure secure rent.
