Hi, I am offering somewhere to call home, an up-stairs bedroom at the top end of Golden Beach just minutes walk to Beach, Gym, Aldi, Woollies, KFC, Maca’s, Pub, etc. Bus stop 90 seconds walk, under 10 min drive SCUH. Bedroom is 3.0m X 2.9m with built in wardrobe (2.3m X 0.5m) with windows on sothern and western walls (bushy outlook), king single bed or double mattress available. Housemates are easy going, down to earth, 30 something and 40 something good fella's, no drama/no crap guys, I am basically self sufficient downstairs. Share bathroom (with bath tub) with clean, hygienic person, spare dunny downstairs for emergencies, small veranda on eastern side of house. Share kitchen which is fully appointed with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, appliances, fridge, etc. There is spare cupboard space and kitchen opens out onto a fully screened deck. $180/week includes fair use of electricity , washing machine, etc. Very sorry but can't have pets here :( Please have checkable, permanent employment or Income, Have 2 recent, checkable references from previous real estate/landlords. Be neat, tidy and HYGIENIC. Be no more than a social-moderate drinker, outside smoker (tobacco). I can also provide recent character references for you to cold call if requested but am quite open to being judged over a cuppa tea, or maybe an afternoon beer (don't do coffee though). ok I have 6 flits of stairs but I have the best views on the coast I just see the stairs as a workout but at the end of the day you sit and watch the ships and the ocean roll in and someone who takes care of you and your needs I cook and I clean I also make sure you are happy by that I mean no drama I am who I am I love taking care of someone it fills a void no one can ever have enough friends.
