The house has a large, open-air feel to it, and is only a 5 minute walk to a semi-private beach which has amazing sunsets every afternoon! The house has two storage sheds in the backyard which are free for use (they also hold kayaks which you are welcome to borrow!). All utilities are included (I'm pretty well stocked!), unlimited internet is included and we have two large free-to-use TV's which both have Netflix and Stan etc. We have a double garage that is free for use if required (or the driveway is free!). Rooms are unfurnished but I do have backup bed frames if desperate! Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes to maximise space. All rooms have amazing fans but we do have air-con in the main area of the house (the house stays relatively cool though!). Bathroom is shared but has an amazing bath and plenty of space. We also have two adorable dogs (and a pet turtle!) that love attention, so dog lovers are ideal!
We are very easy going and social or can give you your own space, quite Neighborhood though you can have you weekend drinks and such at a reasonable noise level , Have a fire bucket at the back for anyone wanting to use it for social gatherings or quite nights in. Best thing about our house is that we are 1minute from golden beach water front walking distance and close to Caloundra city centre 3mins away

Furnished house excluding the bedroom, Netflix and Stan are on the TV in the living room. There is a spare room in the house that is available to set a desk up or whatever you like in as well as having your own bedroom, the bathroom is shared only with myself. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and a built in cupboard, there is also plenty of storage space throughout the house; there are ceiling fans and air-conditioning in the living areas.

It’s right in the main street of Caloundra, a 2 minute walk to happy valley and same in the other direction to IGA and our fruit market. Bedroom available is currently being used as my art studio - which will move into the big room soon. It’s a 2 bedroom flat, seperate bathroom and toilet, a very simple kitchen, living, dining and huge entrance room. It’s all very light, barely need heating or cooling etc. I have two spare single beds that zip to a king bed if needed. Best if you come with minimal furniture as it’s not the easiest place to get stuff in and out. It’s above a shop, with external stairs. It’s a vego/vegan household. I don’t have a microwave nor a TV and don’t ever plan on having either 🙂 It would suit someone who is super chilled, pretty quiet and respectful of others. I don’t mind the odd drink but it’s not a party house at all. Ideal if you are a creative as well but not a home for music/band rehearsal. Preferably female, similar age but not restrictive. No pets and no couples. $165 a week, not including bills (electricity will be minimal and there’s no internet or water bills). Bond is 4 weeks.
Beautiful townhouse (practically new). It's a quite set of five townhouses and the neighbours are great (very quiet). Netflix and Internet are included in the rent. It's walking distance to Stockland Shopping Centre, Bulcock St/Beach and Golden Beach. The room being rented can be furnished and has a built-in robe and a ceiling fan. There is a private bathroom (with shower and bath), and a separate toilet. There is a washer and a dryer downstairs in the garage which can be used, and a clothes line outside. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric cooking, dishwasher and microwave available). There is some storage space available in the garage and other spare room (AKA the office).
You just want get a better place. Beautiful spot to live. Right on kings beach !!! Close to cbd, and bus stops. Heaps of good cafes. Nice and cool in summer. We have a lovely pool for residents. I have a spacious courtyard for relaxing. Secure underground car park available. The available room has a built in wardrobe. You would need your own bed.

My partner and I have a short term room available until February 2020. Own room with built in wardrobe, quiet neighbourhood and you will have your own bathroom and toilet. It is furnished but can easily remove the furniture for your own things. We have a small dog, however he is not home during our working hours. Parking on the road. Close to buses and Caloundra central.
