The property backs onto a park, has 2 bedrooms, 1 shower and two toilets, a small garage and small yard.
House is completely furnished other than your bedroom. Looking for someone tidy, respectful and keen to make friends.

You'll be living with myself and my 10 year old greyhound. My partner stays roughly 2-3 nights a week.

About the flatmates
A little about me, My name is Luca, I'm 26 and work 4 days a week building camera tags for marine animals.
I love to spend all my time off outdoors by the beach or in the water, usually kitesurfing, wakeboarding, snorkelling or paddleboarding, I love to cook, and I play some music from time to time so would love someone to jam with!
You would be living with just myself and my 10 year old greyhound so you will need to be someone that has no problems living with a dog. He's super relaxed, and comes to work with me most days. Unfortunately we aren't allowed any other dogs in the household.
I'm laid back, social, live a low-key healthy lifestyle and value clear communication. I'd love to find someone with a similar mindset that will slot in drama free. It's not a party house and rent and bills will always need to be paid on time. You'll be expected to keep common areas of the house clean and tidy and participate in regular cleaning.
Happy with a male or female housemate, as long as you suit the household is all that matters😊
