About the flatmates
We have one large Bedroom available (sharing a large bathroom and separate toilet with one other person) with a walk in wardrobe and ceiling fan as of 27th January this two storey home under Room accomodation agreement and Bond lodged with the RTA. Rent includes ALL Bills. Just buy your food and live the beach life. Two male tenants here works full time in their late 20s early 30's. Full time Mobile Mechanic and an Engineer. They are great guys. Quiet living and have the house clean and homely. One tenant (Mobile Mechanic) has 2 small doggies that go to work with him. Looking for a tenant working full time around this age that does love pets.
