We are looking for a friendly, clean, easygoing, respectful person who has a job or/and is studying who would rent one of the smallest rooms (3x2 m) for 150 aud or one of the medium rooms for 170 aud per week in our flatshare. The room is available for $140/wk with street parking if required. Water is included in this. We also charge $20/week on top of your rent for utilities-internet ($5/wk) and electricity ($15/wk). However, when the electricity bill comes we will divide it into 3 and refund you the difference if any (always has been a refund in the past). The internet Is unlimited ADSL2+. This is our own home that we would like to share with the right people. We are so lucky that our property is the vicinity to everything! Ten minute walk to Alexandra Headland beach, a short drive to Mooloolaba or Maroochydore, and even down to Caloundra and up to Noosa is all at your close reach for day trips. Uni students, we are also only 15 minutes from the university on the motorway. The space downstairs is fully furnished and has 3 bedrooms for you to choose from and your own bathroom. We also have linens and towels if you need. There is a lounge area with a TV, and a few kitchen amenities. We live entirely upstairs with a second living room, full kitchen and pool which you have access to. We have two great border collies, but please note that to share with us you MUST like dogs. Bear is 5 years and Moose is 1.5 years, and both are extremely friendly but they are very interactive and energetic. If you are the only ones home, they will want to be around as they just love people. You must be able to earn their trust, or they will bark at you when you come home as they are protective as well - but they would NEVER hurt a fly. We live around families and older neighbours, so we would prefer to keep visitors to a minimum but can be flexible. Bills are included (water, electricity, and internet) but of course we would ask that you are mindful of this and do not take it for granted, or we will start asking for contributions to the bills. We are not neat freaks, but do expect a level of cleanliness to be maintained downstairs in your living area. You have access to the whole downstairs while you are staying and 90% of the time you would be the only one(s) downstairs. However we do have visitors from time to time come through on the weekends and we would expect that it is presentable as the bathroom becomes a shared bathroom with multiple people staying downstairs. Hi, I am currently looking for someone to take a 6 month lease in my house at Brightwater (approx 5-7 minute drive to USC). Lease beginning end of Feb. The house is shared by myself (I own the house) and 2 others currently and we are looking for a fourth. The room is unfurnished with an inbuilt closet, the rest of the house is fully furnished. The other tenants and I are all full time students who work, so we are very busy. We like to maintain a very clean house. Rent includes wifi (NBN) and bills are split between the 4 when they arise. The house is very modern and only 3 years old. We don't have parties with the exception to the occasional few drinks with mates. I also have a 2 year old ridgeback x bullmastiff who is a big friendly giant and loves attention from everybody here. He is an exceptionally good guard dog and well trained. Excellent apartment located only two blocks from beach. Easy walk to Cotton Tree shops, bus route only 1 block away. Nice kitchen with double dishwasher, microwave. Separate laundry with washer and dryer. All furnished with excel comfy bed. Great light filled apartment that looks over pool. Fans throughout but no aircond. Good queen size bedroom with large robe and inbuilt shelving.
