All bedrooms are fully furnished and have blockout blinds and strong quiet ceiling fans to use during summer. Quietness suits shift working.

This home is well organised with a rostered cleaning day for communal areas once each week per person. That takes less than 30 mins per person per week. Guests tidy up after themselves at all other times leaving kitchen bathrooms and toilets and outdoor lounge welcoming for next persons use.

There is adequate street parking, and preferred street parking spaces will be shown and explained.

The owner lives onsite separately, so home is supervised, as owner gardens, cleans splash pool, maintains home, repairs and fumigation. The owner and adult family shares laundry, gardens and pool.
