The available bedroom is 4m × 3m and includes a ceiling fan, split-system air conditioning, built-in robes, and roller blinds.

One bedroom available in a beautiful 3-bedroom, quiet, centrally located townhouse, on the canal in Mooloolaba.
The home is comfortably furnished, except for the bedroom. (Furnihings have changed slightly since photographs).
Upstairs, the main bathroom is located just outside the room, with a separate upstairs and downstairs toilets.
Downstairs features a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, large laundry, powder room, and ample storage throughout. There’s plenty of open space — previously used for a pool table — and we’re open to ideas on how to make the most of it.
Outside, a rear deck overlooks the canal, with direct gated access. You can kayak, paddleboard, or boat straight to La Balsa Park and The Wharf.
Water, internet, and electricity are billed separately and shared equally.

A well-behaved 7-year-old Golden Retriever - indoor dog. Ideally looking for housemate(s) who like dogs and don’t mind occasionally feeding him or keeping him company if I'm away. A dog-sitter is organised for longer trips.
