The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and 15 minutes to the patrolled area on the beach! Plenty of street parking available.
We all like a chat but also value our own space 😊 and aren’t party goers. We are looking for another female who is a similar age to us (late 20's/early 30's) and values a tidy and peaceful home. No pets sorry😔 and must be a non-smoker.
Room will be $220 per week (water included. Power and wifi separate and divided by the 3), and bond is 4 weeks rent ($906). Must submit application to real estate be able to be approved prior to moving in. Lease is until April 2026

About the flatmates
You'll be living with Liz and Em. Two girls in their early 30's.
We both work and value having a peaceful, tidy and calm home. We enjoy a chat and a daily debrief but also really value our down time. Not big party people either.
We love watching sunsets and storms from our balcony and love a cheeky Sunday afternoon wine. We are also both learning to skateboard so if that's your jam you can join us in that!
We are both pretty down to earth people and hoping to find someone similar😊
